Orders Delayed: If your order lacks tracking information, is in transit, or remains pending beyond 60 days after departure from our warehouse, we offer options for refund, resend, or return. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the process.

Orders Not Received: In the event that you do not receive your order, please notify us within a reasonable timeframe. We will investigate the matter and provide appropriate solutions, which may include a refund or resending the order.

Products Damaged: If your package arrives in a badly damaged condition, we offer a full refund or a replacement. For packages that arrive partially damaged (excluding minor issues such as thread, slight wrinkles, or small scratches), we offer a partial refund or a replacement.

Incorrect or Missing Products: We have a strict quality control process in place before dispatching products. If you receive incorrect products, we offer a full refund or a replacement. For products with wrong color or size that do not affect the product's function, we offer a refund or a resend upon providing a screenshot of your client's complaint, including the name, content, and date.
For missing parts that do not affect the product's function, we may refund partially or resend the missing part. If the missing part significantly affects the product's function, we will resend the entire product. For accessories, we will resend the missing accessories.
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before the products are processed by our warehouses. Once the processing has begun, we cannot cancel the order. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
